Andy Minifie appointed as Morison Global’s new Independent Director

Morison Global has appointed Andy Minifie as the new Independent Non-Executive Director and will join the Morison Global Board on 1 May 2025.

Andy will bring a wealth of experience to the role, with a 40-year career spanning the breadth of the UK professional services through significant roles in top-tier firms across the UK and the Far East. His notable achievements include leading a top 15 UK accountancy firm, (Haines Watts) as Group Managing Partner for 16 years and launching a top 30 UK firm (Fortus) during the Covid pandemic.

We have already identified some projects we will bring Andy into for his guidance and input, and his appointment will further develop the Association’s evolution.”

On his appointment, Andy said: I have seen how the Association has a renewed enthusiasm both from its membership and from the Global Office, and with this we will take the Association forward. I am looking forward to playing my part in turning the Association’s DNA and its members enthusiasm into action. It’s an exciting time for Morison Global!”

Stephen Chang, current Independent Director, will be retiring from Morison Global on 30 June 2025, after being with the Association since its founding in 1990. His former firm Morison Stoneham, where he was the Managing Partner and Chair, was a founding member of the Association.
