We are pleased to announce that Efrén Hernández of Grupo KMC Hernández Valdez & Associates, has been appointed as a Director of the Morison Global Latin America Board.
Efrén joined Grupo KMC Hernández Valdez & Associates in 2003, and has been the Tax and Audit Partner since 2008. His responsibilities include audit supervision, specialised tax advice and consulting, and implementing innovative tax policies to optimise financial resources while ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. Additionally, he leads the firm’s digital advisory services, integrating cutting-edge technology into client solutions.
Efrén sits on the Advisory Board for the Mexican Institute of Accountants of Chihuahua, having served as President in 2016-2017. Between 2020 and 2021 he also served as President of the Institute’s Honor Board.
