This International Women’s Day, Morison Global is excited to launch its new initiative – The EmpowHer Collective. This is a programme, as part of a wider DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion) focus, designed to empower and enable our female members to thrive within all aspects of their lives. The events in this programme will be a hybrid of sessions, some open to all, and some open to women only. Through this programme, we aspire to facilitate a culture within the membership, for our women to succeed in a variety of roles to enrich the Association and profession. Working alongside our members, we have created a platform to share experiences to identify and overcome the core issues and challenges they are facing, and to support women to reach their full professional potential.
