Our history

During a company history of almost 50 years, we have been and we are accompanying mainly medium-sized companies, in industry sectors ranging from automotive, mechanical engineering, construction and trade to municipal enterprises and foundations, and the people behind these companies.

Besides auditing, our main areas of expertise include tax consultancy as well as the restructuring of companies, mergers & acquisitions and the structuring of company successions. As in Germany most medium-sized companies are family driven, our services include general succession planning and tax services to individuals too.

Many of our clients, whether companies or individuals, are locals with interests abroad, or foreign nationals interested in the German market. As the step across the border raises many tax and legal aspects, we are there to counsel them before, during and after becoming a cross border actor.
