Our history

We started as the sole practice of Luis A. Cañete in 1970, and recently celebrated our 50th anniversary. We were converted into a partnership and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 11, 1971; and the partnership was extended in 1983, 1993, 2007 and 2013.
