Our history

The origins of our audit, accounting and tax advisory firm date back to 1925, when the independent chartered accountant and tax advisor Dr. Franz Hein­rich Woelke opened an advisory firm. Over the course of the firm’s more than 90 year history, we have developed into a audit, accounting and tax advisory firm now known under the name CONCEPTAX Siekmann, Janell und Partner. The name of our firm’s founder is still part of our associated audit firm, Dr. Woelke AG.
