Ariel Zitnitski is Managing Partner at Zitnitski Weinstein & Co. in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Ariel works very closely with clients providing them with audit services, accounting, tax compliance, and more. Ariel is also a lawyer and therefore has a deep understanding of legal aspects.
Ariel’s operational responsibilities include the day-to-day running of the firm, especially in Audit, Tax, and Advisory, and contribution to organisational projects and HR.
Ariel takes part in activities for the community in his field of work and serves as a mentor to CEOs of non-profit institutions in a joint program of private foundations and the National Insurance Institute in Israel.
Ariel serves as an expert on behalf of the Israeli courts in a variety of cases as well as an arbitrator and mediator in various business disputes.
Ariel serves as a public representative on behalf of the Israeli Minister of Finance in the appeals committee for examining the Covid-19 grants for business in Israel.

Ariel has been attending Morison Global European and International meetings since 2012. He has had the opportunity to meet and create contacts with members as well as take responsibility for international client assignments from Morison Global members.
He has published many articles in Morison Global’s Global Tax Insights Quarterly newsletter over the past years and has taken part in past conferences by delivering a lecture or participating in common interest groups.
Ariel is interested in creating a transparent and attentive board of directors for members and invites all members to get in touch on any relevant issues.
Education and qualifications
Ariel finished his accounting studies in 2007 and worked for several years in one of the Big 4 firms. At the same time, he completed his MBA and legal studies, and worked at the State Attorney’s Office (Tel Aviv District) in the Taxation and Economics Department.
Ariel has over 15 years of experience and specialises in general tax and more specifically, international tax. Ariel is a member of various tax committees of the Israel Bar Association and several professional committees on various topics in the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
Ariel has rich experience in providing tax advice for complex and large transactions and a wide range of Israeli and foreign investors. Ariel specialises in complex international issues that include the integration of taxation aspects in several countries.
Ariel also deals with various aspects of taxation on trusts, wills, and inheritances and the transfer of assets and businesses to the next generation. Ariel also gives emphasis to accompanying his clients in the face of the bureaucracy of the banks in Israel and around the world.
Ariel was a lecturer at a variety of higher education institutions, including at Tel Aviv University in the Faculty of Management, where he taught tax law.
