Andy has held significant roles in top-tier firms across the UK and the Far East.
Andy’s notable achievements include leading a Top 15 accountancy firm as Group Managing Partner for 16 years and launching a Top 30 firm during the Covid pandemic. In addition to accountancy he has also advised, invested in, and disposed of firms in the legal and financial services sectors.
Renowned for his skills in strategy, growth, acquisitions, mergers and sales within professional practices, Andy also has a talent extending beyond deal-making and excels in guiding management teams through change, firmly believing in the power of energised local leadership to achieve remarkable results.
Committed to helping people realise their potential and achieve more than they ever imagined possible, his positive outlook is balanced by keen insight into regulation and risk management.
Experience in Global Associations and International Firms
Andy has been Independent Director of Morison Global since May 2025.
At Fortus he was part of Morison Global since its formation in 2020.
At Haines Watts he was part of GGI International (turnover $6,352m) for 20 years. Where he led strategic workshops across Europe on the management of professional services businesses and hosted worldwide conferences. Haines Watts was also members of ANTEA Alliance of International Firms (turnover $348m) for 10 years, specifically, to better service Spanish speaking clients. Prior to this the firm was a member of BKR International (turnover $1,523m) for 8 years where Andy attended and hosted European and Worldwide Conferences as well as developed an exchange program.
Andy also worked with KPMG in Hong Kong and the far east for 5 years.
